Shrimp Dip in a Bread Bowl
1 round loaf French or Italian Bread
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup cooked shrimped, cut into small pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
Slice off the top of the bread and hollow out the center to form a bowl. Cut he bread from the center into cubes and set aside. Mix cheese, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise by hand. Transfer shrimp mix to bread bowl. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with bread cubes, crackers, or vegetables.
