Style Gymnastics Field trip with the LDS Homeschool group

Today we went on a field trip with our LDS homeschool group (www.ldshomeinmd@yahoogroups.com) to Style Gymnastics in Frederick. It was wonderful! The kids got to play on the uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline, vault, tumble tramp and all kind of other things. We saw good friends and met lots of new people who we hope to continue to get to know. It was nice meeting so many wonderful people. Stephanie M. planned the trip, and from what I could see everyone had a fantastic time. We brought lunch and enjoyed visiting with other families while we ate our lunch.

We used to take gymnastics lessons years ago at Style gymnastics when it was located in Damascus. This day made me realize how much we all miss our classes there, which were always so much fun. Brandon seems to still be quite the back flipper as he flipped, flipped and flipped some more down the tumble tramp. I had to hold my breath a few times when the kids stood on the lower beam of the uneven bars and flung forward to catch the upper bar. Sometimes, they made it and sometimes they didn't, but luckily no one good hurt and everyone had a blast! Lindsay H., Amberlee M. and Dallin Quinn age 11 standing in line for the trampoline.
Christian M and Bradon Quinn age 12
Dallin Quinn age 11, Lindsay H., Billy Quinn age 10, and Madison C., all having a great time!
Brianna loved the uneven bars. It was really fun to watch the teenagers try things and then see if others could do the same thing.
Daniel M, Jadon Quinn and DJ M., all lining up for the tumble tramp.

It was a wonderful day and it was great having something like this to do especially for the boys who are very very ready for spring and mom who is very ready to say, go outside and play.
