Recipes for Entertaining: Pumpkin Dip for Ginger Snaps

Pumpkin Dip
Great to serve with ginger snaps
8 oz cream cheese block, softened
1 small can of pumpkin
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grated ginger) sold at grocery store
In small refrigerated section) (I have used
½ tsp ground ginger also)
2 cups confectioners sugar
Blend first 4 ingredients, add sugar little bit at a time.
Serve with ginger snaps (bagged cookies hold dip better than boxed ones)
Graham crackers
Animal crackers
Or eat off the spoon
