Chicken salad with a fruity nutty twist

Easy chicken salad with a fruity nutty twist

Chicken (I used thighs-cheaper and more flavorful)
crescent rolls
salt and pepper

Boil Chicken, cube.

Add Mayonnaise

throw in shelled pistachios (I bought a giant bag at Costco of shelled pistachos) Amount to your liking

throw in craisins, amount to your liking

Add a little extra mayonnaise to make sure it is moist

Salt and Pepper to taste

slice croissant in half (to make a top and bottom-not equal halves)

Serve chicken salad on Croissant
