Adapted version of Taco Soup from SUPER EASY

I made this a bit different but the jist is from the Emily's taco soup

3 chicken breasts
hot sauce
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro, with the stems removed
salt to taste
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans Mexican corn, drained and rinsed
white corn tortilla chips
sour cream
cheddar cheese

I boiled the chicken, let cool then shred. Put in pot 
and dash some hot sauce on the chicken. Add
 2 cans of chicken broth, 2 cans of diced tomatoes,
 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes, 2 cans of black bean
s, 2-3 cans of Mexican corn, stir.  Cook until flavors
 blend and hot.  Add additional hot sauce and
 salt and pepper as desired. Top each bowl with 
cilantro, sour cream, cheddar and white tortilla chips. Enjoy!
