You would think on how hyper the boys were before trick or treating that they would have already eaten all their candy and been on a sugar high. They were so excited to go. Our tradition is to go to Grandmom's neighborhood to trick or treat. Unfortunately, there are less and less people participating in this fun childhood activity. Fewer and fewer houses participate but the kids had a great time being outside, running around together. The weather was perfect and the candy trading among brothers even went smoothly. I was proud of the boys for taking and filling a bucket for Brandon who was not able to attend. My favorite line is when they got home and showed dad their candy and said they were ready for his "chocoate candy tax"!!!
